1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your participation in the Gamting Play Partners affiliate programme. By registering you agree to be bound by them.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age and able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Applications are reviewed and may be approved or declined at our discretion.

3. Referrals & Commission

You earn commission on genuine players referred through your unique link, in line with the rate and model (revenue share and/or CPA) confirmed for your account. We reserve the right to adjust rates on notice.

4. Payouts

Commissions are paid on a regular schedule once the minimum payout threshold is met, to the payment method on your profile. Accurate payment and tax details are your responsibility.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Fraudulent traffic, self-referrals, incentivised or misleading promotion, spam, trademark misuse, promotion to minors, and promotion in jurisdictions where such activity is restricted are strictly prohibited and may lead to withheld commission and account termination.

6. Marketing

You may only use approved brand assets and must present Gamting Play accurately. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and advertising rules that apply to you.

7. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
